Ready-made pieces: Usually arrive within a few days, up to two weeks max.

Custom & out-of-stock items: These take a little longer to make just for you. I’ll keep you updated on the timeline but please pop me a message if you have a particular deadline I will do my best to accommodate.

Happy Planet Packaging
I love our planet, so I use eco-friendly packaging to ship your orders! Your jewellery will arrive in either a 100% recyclable envelope or a neatly reused padded bag to cut down on waste. Inside, your new piece comes beautifully tucked into a card gift box embossed with my name. You can easily reuse or recycle all of it!
Returns & Exchanges
Want to return something?
I want you to love your new jewellery! If you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just let me know within 14 days of receiving it. As long as you post it back to me within 30 days of purchase, I’ll happily sort out a refund or an exchange for you.

Return shipping: Buyers cover the cost of return postage.

Condition: Please take care of the item while it's in your hands, as buyers are responsible for any loss in value if it isn't returned in its original condition.
What can't be returned?

Earrings: For hygiene reasons, I can't accept returns on these.

Custom orders: Because these are specially made to order, they can't be refunded. Please double-check your ideas, gemstone choices, and sizes before hitting buy!
A quick note on gemstone rings & resizing
Please be extra careful when choosing your ring size! Rings with gemstones cannot be resized later because the process is super tricky and requires specialized equipment. To fix an incorrect size, I actually have to start over and make a brand-new ring from scratch.
